This form is a teaching tool for the BPM course. Your information is used only to organise and support your group project, kept internal, and will never be used in any way that disadvantages you.
Who collects the data
Dr. Doan Ngoc Duy, lecturer of the BPM course (bachelor classes BPM301, BPM302, BPM303 and the MBA class). Contact: duy@product-ism.vn.
What we collect
Class and group number, members' full names and student IDs, your group chat link, and your project idea (brand name, category, short description).
Why we collect it
- To organise all project groups across the BPM classes and avoid overlapping topics.
- To plan mentoring, give feedback and arrange consultation meetings.
- To contact your group about this course.
How it is handled
- Accessible only to the lecturer. It is not published, sold, or shared with third parties, and is not used for marketing.
- Stored on the lecturer's password-protected website, with a submission notification sent to the lecturer's email.
- Kept only for the duration of the course and deleted within 30 days after final results are released.
Your rights
You may ask to view, correct or delete your group's information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing duy@product-ism.vn. Withdrawing consent does not affect your grade; the lecturer will agree an alternative way to register your group.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, in line with Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and its guiding regulations.
